Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Taggsy LLC ("Taggsy", "we", "us") for your use of Taggsy at taggsy.ai. By creating an account you agree to them. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.
1. What Taggsy does
Taggsy writes social media posts and images for your business, publishes them to the accounts you connect, and reports the leads those posts bring in. Some features depend on your plan.
2. Your account
You need to be at least 18 to use Taggsy. Keep your login details private and tell us at support@taggsy.ai if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything your team members do.
3. Free trial, plans and billing
- Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You need to add a card to start it. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and your card is charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
- If you upgrade, the new plan starts straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the current period.
- If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
- You can cancel at any time from Settings, then Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- We do not give refunds for partial billing periods, except where the law requires it.
- Prices are shown on our pricing page. If we change the price of your plan, we will email you at least 30 days before the change applies to you.
4. Connecting your social media accounts
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X or Google Drive, you give Taggsy permission to act on those accounts in the ways you approve on the connection screen, such as publishing posts to a Facebook Page or Instagram business account.
You must have the right to manage every account you connect. You also agree to follow the rules of each platform, including the Meta Platform Terms and Community Standards. You can disconnect an account at any time in Settings, then Connections. After you disconnect, Taggsy cannot publish to that account and any scheduled posts for it will not go out.
Those platforms are run by other companies. We are not responsible if a platform changes its rules, limits your account, or stops a post from appearing.
5. Your content and posts
You own your content: your business information, logos, photos and videos, and the posts Taggsy creates for you. You give us permission to store, edit and publish that content only so we can provide the service to you.
Posts are written with the help of artificial intelligence. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking your posts before they are published. If you turn on automatic publishing, posts will go out at their scheduled time without you reviewing each one, and you accept responsibility for them.
Do not ask Taggsy to create or publish anything that is false, misleading, illegal, hateful, or that uses someone else's work or trademarks without permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Taggsy to send spam or to publish to accounts you do not manage
- try to get into parts of the service or other customers' data you do not have access to
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the service
- overload or disrupt the service
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
7. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Taggsy running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove features over time. If a change takes away something important on your plan, we will tell you in advance.
8. Lead and return estimates
The leads, bookings and return on investment figures in your reports are estimates based on link taps, call taps, messages and the conversion rate and job value you enter. They are a guide, not a guarantee of results.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Taggsy is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost business or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
10. Ending your account
You can cancel your subscription at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@taggsy.ai. We may close your account if you break these terms or do not pay. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data when an account is closed: https://taggsy.ai/privacy
11. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will email you before it takes effect. If you keep using Taggsy after that, you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of the State of Wyoming, United States.
