How to delete your Taggsy data

You can remove Taggsy's access to your Facebook and Instagram accounts and delete your data at any time.

Remove Taggsy's access to Facebook and Instagram

In Taggsy

1. Sign in at taggsy.ai.
2. Go to Settings, then Connections.
3. Click Facebook to disconnect it.

This deletes the Facebook and Instagram access tokens we hold and tells Facebook to remove Taggsy's access. Disconnecting Facebook also disconnects Instagram, because Instagram connects through your Facebook account. Any posts scheduled for those accounts will not be published.

In Facebook

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings and privacy, then Settings.
2. Open Business integrations (on some accounts this is called Apps and websites).
3. Find Taggsy, select it and click Remove.

Once you remove Taggsy in Facebook, we can no longer publish to your Page or Instagram account, and our stored access stops working.

Delete your whole Taggsy account

Email support@taggsy.ai from the email address on your Taggsy account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm by email and delete your account and the data linked to it within 30 days. That includes your business profile, posts, connected accounts and reports.

Stripe keeps billing records for as long as tax law requires. We keep a note of your email address and the date your account was deleted, so it cannot be restored by mistake.
